My director and global are amazing, good benefits, stocks, bonuses and pension plan, layoffs are rare.
Cons
Senior leadership is not transparent and treats employees like a number, very illogical management decisions, hardware and softwares barely work, lower then average pay, job scope creep, no career advancement, and now RTO
