      Good entry job. Looks good on a resume, salary is in range for a new graduate. Subsidies on continuing learning.

      Cons

      Don't expect anything fantastic. This is very much a 9-5 job. Have to remain in the position for a minimum of two years before applying for a promotion.

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
