Pros
Great exposure to real projects, with the opportunity to visit a wide range of sites and see different stages of work in practice. I got to work on meaningful projects and was involved in a range of different work, so every day felt different. There was also a lot of flexibility with working from home, which was really helpful. Very supportive and welcoming team, with a really close-knit environment. The intern days were also a highlight, as they were a great way to meet other interns and connect across the business. Overall, I gained a huge amount of valuable experience during my time there and couldn’t have asked for a better first experience.
