Pros
Got to learn a ton of coding/stats/trading by drinking from the firehose. Great team to pair with / learn from. Enjoyed culture of being able to say exactly what you think to anyone.
Cons
No big cons for me, it was really hard, most of the time that's enjoyable, sometimes not so much.
