Good for learning tirkcs, but lack of objectivity

Pros
Good opportunity to learn some tricks in software development (TDD/ python) but don't stay too long as they have only one product or market wich is horse racing (at least at the time I was there)
Cons
Sometimes management can be arbitrary and change their mind too often. Even if you fully meet your objectives or go beyond what they asked for. Achievments are not always rewarded as they say. Limited things to work on, at the time I was there the only business was to predict horse race outcomes
