6yThank you for sharing your feedback. Unfortunately, a few of your comments are factually incorrect. Regardless, we are disappointed to read you did not have a positive experience with Seibels. We have made a few changes as part of our long-term business plan, however all decisions are carefully considered and acted upon only for the betterment of the company. We want to ensure Seibels is set up for a successful future, so improving our daily operations utilizing automation and best practices is a high priority. We will take your feedback into consideration as we continue to drive the company forward.
