I can’t say it was all bad as it has allowed me to explore homeowners claims and more detailed litigation. The pay was okay and so were the benefits.
Cons
Whew the cons are so many to list. Let’s start by saying they lost all of their full services clients within one year (2021) and back to back. There isn’t a new client in sight. Every year I was employed there has been a lay off. Good employees, upper management and HR were disappearing left and right and without a word being said. HR is almost non-existent. As many other reviewers have said the COO HAS TO STEP DOWN! She (Nan) is a mess and rambles without end. She is not reassuring and only incited panic and chaos. They are hllbent on not allowing WFH which is ridiculous. The writings are on the wall the company is sinking fast.
