I am passionate about working at Seldin because I find it fascinating how the different departments collaborate to achieve our objective of providing residents and stakeholders with an exceptional experience. Seldin is highly receptive to new technological advancements and solutions, and the parent company has a remarkable presence in multifamily, commercial, service, and other sectors.
Cons
I think that allowing individuals to take ownership over certain tasks and projects would be beneficial. Encouraging people to be more proactive could facilitate this. Overall, I don't see any major drawbacks to this approach.
