      Pros

      Great Training...they really teach you how to create pain in order to get the client to buy.

      Cons

      They play head games with you and management is bipolar. They will tell you one thing and do the complete opposite or act like that was never communicated (always save your emails). Be careful what you sign, they will sue you personally if go to work for a competitor and take away your lively hood.

      Easy & smooth onboarding + fantastic training.

      Cons

      The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

      Pros

      Annual bonus based on employee and company performance

      Cons

      Annual salary is way below national average, especially based on years of experience. They've talked about promoting all QA Analysts to QA Engineer for years (due to the fact we're all fulfilling QA Engineer roles but with the Analyst title and pay), but every year they had a new excuse as to why they couldn't promote everyone. The workload far outweighs the pay.
