Pros
Coming up on my second decade at SelectQuote I have to say that if you're both socially extroverted and disciplined at getting work done, you'll fit right in. The overall atmosphere is fairly laid back, especially by Financial Services standards, and nobody's interested in micromanagement at any level: if someone finds themselves micromanaged there's usually a reason. Diversity, teamwork, and an actual belief that we provide the consumer with the best possible product and service are what make SelectQuote exceptional. I'm proud to work here.
Cons
If you're a self-important hotshot with an attitude you will likely not stick around long. Those looking for an easy ride will similarly be disappointed. Given that we are primarily a Sales organization, it is inevitable that people falling under both of those descriptions will try and hitch themselves to our company; they reflect whatever turnover rate we might have, which is reflected more acutely in some departments than others.
