      Pros

      This company is transparent, actually cares about it's employees, doesn't ever place undue stress on it's employees, and has a relaxed yet highly driven personality. I love my job in sales, my manager and colleagues are all cool and upper management/C Level treats me like an equal.

      Cons

      We never get together as a whole company to have a year-end party or anything like that. Been requesting it for years!!

      Pros

      Easy & smooth onboarding + fantastic training.

      Cons

      The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

      It’s a very large company.

      Cons

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
