      Pros

      The pros of working at SQ are that the company is a good caring company. The Staff are very friendly, professional, and always willing to help out. Working from home is fun, and relaxing. The company offers a lot of Great Benefits. Also the company is always growing, willing to give theire employees opportunity to grow within the Company.

      Cons

      The cons are sometimes the computer will become affected by the storms so the reception will be off, but the tech team makes sure we get back online.

      Easy & smooth onboarding + fantastic training.

      Cons

      The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

      It’s a very large company.

      Cons

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
