      Excellent benefits If you want to make six figures quick this is the company for you if you are a goal getter. Fulfilling work! You are making a huge difference in someone's life everyday. The schedules are flexible and you are able to actually have a life with Selectquote and they promote that! Selectquote supports their employees on every level.

      Pros

      Easy & smooth onboarding + fantastic training.

      Cons

      The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

      It’s a very large company.

      Cons

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
