Employees are treated as donkeys. You will be fired out the moment your project is closed. Its a one man show. The CEO controls everything and the management is just a mouthpiece of the CEO. HR policies happen overnight with out the concern of the stakeholders (and these policies make the employee's life more horrible). If they need you they catch your legs and in all other cases they pull your hair and make you dance. Every Friday evening there will be a meeting held which says 'We are falling behind the schedule, work on Saturday'.
