      More roles, responsibilities, work...but no benefits, recognition

      Pros

      My Manager, he shaped me more technically and personally I don't find much advantages in the company except the above one

      Cons

      Employee are treated as slaves It should always be a win-win situation between employee, management is not doing a favor No transparency in the system Once you are out of the company, no help should be expected from the management Now a days, more value is given to family relation than how technically good the person is delegation is missing

      Not much to say. You can relax if you join into HR dept.

      Cons

      Employees are treated as donkeys. You will be fired out the moment your project is closed. Its a one man show. The CEO controls everything and the management is just a mouthpiece of the CEO. HR policies happen overnight with out the concern of the stakeholders (and these policies make the employee's life more horrible). If they need you they catch your legs and in all other cases they pull your hair and make you dance. Every Friday evening there will be a meeting held which says 'We are falling behind the schedule, work on Saturday'.

      Pros

      1. Good for ppl who wan to enjoy life without work. 2. If you can keep your manager happy, best place to be in. 3. Good for housewives, and old age people. 4. No time constraints 5. Homely environment, feel as relaxed as if you are at home. 6. Will get chance to work on many things(some time dev, some time testing, some time...god only knows....)

      1. Frustated Employees 2. Poor salary 3. No projects 4. Worst Management 5. Ignorant Leadership 6. Fake promises 7. Nepotism at its peak 8. Poor coordination between the TLs/managers and higher management
