Pros

The people you work with are nice. Work from home is great.

Cons

Low pay. I was told everyone in the company starts at 18/hr. This wouldn't be a problem but there are also no raises. So there is no upside. Poor Management, little to no recognition for good work. The job I was hired for did not match what I ended up doing which was call center work. I would place very little stock in the job title and what you actually end up doing. Company Culture of fear and threats of law suits if you leave.

Pros

The people are amazing and dedicated to what they do. We are part of a large family of companies. The biggest sister company is Flexjet. The family also has luxury helicopters, jet chartering, aircraft maintenance, aviation simulator company and more. Great benefits and people's expertise is evident.

Cons

24/7/365 industry which means the command center has to be staffed at all times to provide exceptional service to our clients. Command center roles can be challenging as they require working on weekend day each week but the four day a week work schedule is great!
