I really enjoy working at SentinelOne. The benefits are great, and the company genuinely cares about employees and their well-being. There’s a strong emphasis on work-life balance and flexibility, and I feel supported both professionally and personally.
The people are smart, kind, and easy to work with. Leadership is approachable and communicates openly, and I don’t feel micromanaged. There’s a lot of trust, which makes it a positive environment to do your best work. It also helps to feel like the work actually matters. The company is doing important things and that purpose comes through.
Cons
Things move fast and priorities can change, which is pretty typical for a growing tech company. Some processes are still being figured out, but nothing that feels unmanageable.

Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype
Cons
CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
