- Some poor hiring decisions in marketing and sales in 2016/2017 weigh on the culture (and glassdoor rankings); in recent months, poor performers are being exited - this is rough for those individuals who either should have not been hired into the roles they were in in the first place or ended up in positions they shouldn't have.
