      - They really care about their employees. And customers. And the whole ecosystem surrounding them. - Open and direct communication with management. - Transparent culture. - Good compensation. - No BS and no cutting corners when it comes to technology. What you sell does what it says on the label. Even more.

      Cons

      - Pains of growing like any scale up has. But you learn a lot due to that and you can innovate.

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
