They expect you to work for little pay, continually create new positions for already upper-management that eat into your budget and hours but contribute no actual benefit to your store. The initial atmosphere may suggest positivity but in reality that is meant to lure you into the belief that the job you are entering into is like a family and you will be treated and valued as such. Nothing could be further from the truth. They want to use everything that is bright about you until there is nothing left. They don't care how hard you work or the results you turn out. If you are not one of the 'popular' crowd, vaunted by the Market Directors, then you are nothing. The level of cronyism is so intense that it is impossible to report anything to HR without being blacklisted in the company and eventually forced out.
