      Pros

      Great people but times are changing. With the purchase of the company things are starting to go downhill quick. Scott box it was a great leader but his time has come and he is off into the sunset. This makes room for the company to get much younger much smarter people involved.

      Cons

      All the key personnel with talent is jumping ship. It feels like a doomsday situation at the company everybody is afraid for their jobs nobody makes decisions it's a sinking ship

      Pros

      Service Experts is a great company to have a carrier. Weather you are just starting in the trades or have been ongoing for years. When i started at Service Experts I quickly realized the company cared about the employee's and the customers as well. Service Experts gives the employee opportunity to grow and be promoted. The company also stands with our military men and women as we are partnered with hiring the Hero's and Military make over. Thank you Service Experts.

      Pros

      Great pay, work life-balance was do-able. PTO and benefits were acceptable.

      Cons

      Hybrid schedule is very strict and taking any time to work from home is not in their best interest.
