Working outside with consumers, helping solve consumer issues and the opportunity to make great money
Cons
The service center I worked at had a certain way of doing things that was cliche-ish; if you didn't fit the mold for who they were, then you work was going to be more difficult to do. The schedule was inconsistent due to the busy and slow seasons of HVAC, and sales could be hard to come by if you weren't a top producer (and unfortunately, occasionally ethically questionable)
