There are no pros whatsoever.

Cons

In the last several months, very good people with integrity and skilled in their job, have been let go. Meanwhile, the CFO continues to promote repeatedly his inner circle (at least two individuals promoted twice this year), the CIO remains oblivious to the technology in the organization or the resources to support and is more concerned about being popular, the CHRO since starting at the organization has alienated literally everyone at the company while creating her own kingdom, and let's not forget the CEO who has allowed reckless spending within his leadership team (and his exec admin) without any consequences so that this ship is now sinking fast.

Pros

Service Experts is a great company to have a carrier. Weather you are just starting in the trades or have been ongoing for years. When i started at Service Experts I quickly realized the company cared about the employee's and the customers as well. Service Experts gives the employee opportunity to grow and be promoted. The company also stands with our military men and women as we are partnered with hiring the Hero's and Military make over. Thank you Service Experts.

Pros

Great pay, work life-balance was do-able. PTO and benefits were acceptable.

Cons

Hybrid schedule is very strict and taking any time to work from home is not in their best interest.
