Pros
Work from home is nice. Some good people who work at this company and are nice, but you have to drink the Kool-Aid to survive. Like a cult, if you don't worship this company and treat it like it is the best company ever, you are pushed aside and rejected.
Cons
They pretend to be "all about the employee" but this is a sales company and money/the customer comes first always. Sales is treated with the highest priority and Operations is treated as second tier and given less money, less training, and less recognition. They project a great culture but the culture is non-existent unless you are an LO. They pretend that they care about employee recognition but it is not true at all. Feedback and recognition is given once a year at most. LOs are given whatever they want no matter how much additional work it adds to operations. I highly recommend not joining this company. Diversity and Inclusion is non-existent (workforce is 75%+ white and all upper management is white males). Small company so no room for growth.
