Can't please them unless you are accepted in the clique. Even then you are at arm's length. Don't sign an employment agreement or anything... they won't honor it when it comes down to it. They suck even worse as a financial institution. They really don't care about their members, they only care about losing their member's money. The culture is awful and constantly changing. You never know which set of rules or "culture" you'll have on any given day you show up.
