Cons
I worked for this company for many years. They do not value their employees. They will promote from within but you will never see more than a $1.00 increase per job. If you receive a promotion you won’t receive a merit increase for the year. They claim they give that to you at the time of your promotion and they do not. Anything they can do to cut costs they will do. They recently have been getting rid of benefits for employees. They no longer offer an employer 401k match. Their medical insurance is horrible. They overwork their employees and expect more everyday without an increase in pay. Their loan incentives are terrible and so are their teller incentives. You could make triple somewhere else.
