Pros
The only thing I like about this firm was the coworkers. They were friendly (some), others will not even say "hello", but this is how it is at firms.
Cons
I was not allowed to speak to any attorney, the Lead Biller was the only one. If I received a call or email the Lead Billing will always question me why they contacted me instead of him/her. I was not able to do anything without being overlooked at.
