      Good in-house training and opportunities to learn new computer applications; convivial staff; very involved in pro bono and suppor of non-profit events.

      Cons

      Growing too fast. Has lost that "small town" feel. Not the best at giving merit-based bonuses.

      Pros

      GREAT atmosphere in the Sac office. Everyone is congenial, polite, and friendly. Great pay and atmosphere.

      Cons

      Very stern on 3 days in office policy, even if staff is sick. Also PTO and sick time are in the same bucket.
