-Very smart people who work with some of the biggest companies in the midwest. -Dives deep into understanding the communications/pr challenge and very creative in finding solutions, implementation, and roi/metrics -Extremely well-connected and well-versed in media, crisis relations. -Management works hard to being sensitive to staff needs, family/life balance.
Cons
Given the nature of our work, there is a need to be available based on client situations, evenings, weekends, but the work is important, contributes to our client's growth and community.
