Can be repetative, there is automantion but resources with the background of automation are needed, as the compnay grew, I feel the human ouch was lost and its becoming more of a corporate

Free parking - which isn’t much of a pro, it’s jus a standard expectation.

Redundancies. Very trigger happy on the redundancies. Business decisions do not match what’s physically happening on the front line. Management are rude, often unhelpful. Pay is way below industry standard.
