      Great showmanship in the management. Looks lot of freedom and nice company till you get blamed for no fault of your own.

      Cons

      Closed kinship in the management. You are promoted in the management if you belong to the kin. Unqualified people holds the real power in the company. Couple of qualified people in the management are for the show only.
