Pros
Good benefits, good brand of paint. Prior to 2019, everything was tolerable. Customers can be cool, some of the mentors I met I keep contact because they are good people but most of them have left.
Cons
"boys club" so there is a lot of lack in diversity. Most of the people over sales reps are older waiting for retirement or just sand bagging. No one listens to your concerns even when they ask for your feedback. The culture is extremely toxic, you will go home feeling unfulfilled. Worked there for almost 10 years and haven't seen a company destroy its reputation in less that 4 years. Sales managers are like robots, they do not respond to you they give you the company juice. Store managers are expected to work 48 hours and assistants are at 44, I promise you can find a job that will have better work/life balance. No development at all so it's hard to ever know what your next move will be but will push the "many jobs available" that are not.
