Terrible pay, 30 to 40% less than market No local HR so no yearly pay review/performance They do not pay commissions when you leave for unknown reason saying that because the customer has not paid the invoice you don't get your generated comms. Upper management is a joke, nothing to learn, not a direction No sales tools to make your ridiculous quota and when you meet it 3 years in a row, no incentive to continue to do better
