Can hire and fire , company isnt stable in India , they still need to expand . Risky to join Shiji groups .

Remote work Overseas teams are great.

Cons

Terrible management that will lie to your face. Terrible handling of layoffs and reorganizations. Low pay. If you aren’t part of the clique, expect minimal assistance when needed. Went almost 3 years without a raise.
