I I really appreciate the new uncapped commission structure because it's really attainable and I know my expectations for the full year. There's generally there is good work life balance, and the team is really friendly and supportive.

Just like any remote environment, you have to put yourself out there to make connections on the team. Sometimes you have to work outside of business hours but I appreciate flexible Fridays to make up that time.
