Pros
Excellent flexibility for allowing full work from home. Good compensation, benefits for Canadian's are on the way. Everyone feels very connected and easy to reach out to for collaboration and socializing. This has been a real plus as being remote is sometimes very hard to feel like you have a close team to talk to when you have problems and need to brainstorm. Great tools and online workspaces, it really shows that they have been a remote company from the start.
Cons
Time differences between other teams can sometimes make phone calls hard but there are many tools in place to allow for excellent asynchronous communication.
