Very Shady Business Practices, company doing horrible financially - Senior Manager ShipMonk Employee Review

They are doing so bad financially that they just didn't give anyone a bonus, they keep blindly laying people off and not even giving a months severance to anyone. Every single person there is actively applying for other jobs. They treat you like an Amazon employee but pay you like a Shipmonk employee. No upwards growth. C suite will throw everyone under the bus to save them selves.
