Pros
Remote work is available at times. The benefits were decent. The shift was decent.
Cons
Communication was not always good. The atmosphere was very cliquish. You could suddenly be fired for any reason and, that stress was always looming over you. Wage is not liveable in the area. Warehouse always has a high turn over and, it's difficult to get everyone on the same page.
