Extremelly Stressful - Marketing Apprentice Shocklogic Employee Review

The management (they call it leadership) of the company is very involved and often proposes policies that help the staff to grow and develop. It got me into mindfulness as they do breathing exercises. It helped me a lot with my anxiety issues. I felt I was heard and could talk to my supervisor openly. They helped me develop quickly and paced my work initially to my capacity At the same time, there was enough structure for me to feel pushed towards learning and growth. I had a great time there

The salary wasn't great, although I was a beginner

Nice work environment. It has a really supportive team.

Some projects have tight deadlines.
