Salary delay more than a month Too much micro management You have to answer and take permission from 10 different seniors for one thing They ask you to go out and meet 30 different Channel Partners in a day and expect you to report back to office and dont give travel reimbursement Too much politics in upper management Too many Managing Director's They will treat you lile slave you will have no personal life they will ask you to work for a month without any leaves Youll be working 12 hours a day And they will deduct salary salary if you come even 5 mins late to work You'll be lucky to get a full salary after giving them crores worth of sales nevermind incentives They are from kolkata and have no idea about the mumbai work culture and act very pompous about their job title You'll never get any credit as there is alot of miss management in the middle management and favouritism and nepotisim There is no E- Portal to apply leaves or check late comings you have to print a leave form and get sign from three different managers and explain everyone why you are taking leave, you have to explain to everyone why you are taking weekly off also Hr is the worst, they have no idea what they are doing and just like to show authority any issue you take to the hr she speaks like a school teacher and screams at you saying she is busy come back later If you want to make your life miserable Join Siddha
