1) Unhealthy working environment. 2) unhealthy working practices 3) promoting the brand even before get the right things in place. 4) Senior management is the worst. 5) directors are not even eligible to called DIRECTORS, since they themselves don't know what responsibilities they for themselves. 6) Treating employees like SLAVE (as if they have owned us) 7) Don't except growth here. 8) Salary part is the worst ( get usually paid after 1.5 to 2 months regularly) 9) They don't have any hierarchy to follow.

Worst HR, They don't know how to behave with their colleagues and employes of the company. Totally Illiterate & uncultured people are ruling in HR department. worst HR policy, no job security.
