Okay place but not great - Anonymous employee Signature Consulting Group Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your experience working with Signature Consulting Group. Your feedback is appreciated and vital to helping us improve our efforts as a successful company and a positive place to work. Since you provided this review, we have become a 100% remote organization; therefore, there is no longer a waiting period to telework as every employee and contractor teleworks now from the first day of employment. As with all small government contracting firms, your role in the organization is most likely going to be determined by the roles needed to fulfil the contract’s statement of work and the period of performance; however, our BD and Proposals staff work hard to ensure there is a continual pipeline of opportunities for new contract awards. Our intent is to continually have existing and new contracts for which our current qualified staff can easily transition to a new contract once it’s awarded to us and their current contract period of performance ends. Our BD, HR and Recruiting staff are busy every day supporting the operations of the organization to ensure there is a continual pipeline of work for our existing and new staff and to ensure there are new employees available to fill any new roles in the organization and to support our existing staff with their day-to-day needs, such as training, performance management, employee events, perks and benefits, supporting company policies and answering questions, among many other things. Much of what this staff does on a daily basis is behind-the-scenes to support business continuity and smooth company daily operations.
