While it is certainly disappointing to read this challenging review, we appreciate your feedback. We take all feedback seriously, because it helps us to continue to improve as a company, which will benefit current and future employees. We regret that due to the fact that you are not currently employed by SCG, we no longer have the opportunity to directly and specifically address your concerns and perceptions which, unfortunately, include quite a bit of misinformation.
A current employee has many avenues for communicating positive ideas and initiatives as well as issues and concerns. SCG utilizes an outreach program that includes conducting internal anonymous Employee Feedback Surveys, an Open Door Policy, employee one on one's, etc. We value our employees and know that our success lies within our employees' successes. While "free parking and nice office decor" are certainly helpful, we believe that we have many pros that support our employees' career development, work performance, and work-life balance: Employee Wellness Program, Teleworking, Monthly and Quarterly Social events, Tuition Assistance, Training Budget, Management Retreats, and so on.
SCG has won several awards within the last 2 years for fastest growth and highest percentage of growth. We are clearly set up to and plan on being in business with the support of great employees for a long time to come! Again, thank you for your feedback and we wish you much success in your career.
