Analysts were expected to go through 300 tickets per day (copy-paste-close type of deal), but no one seemed to pay any attention to refining alert logic to reduce the false positives volume. Thousands of tickets are just not being looked at. Agents in other countries that could be upskilled to help with the workload, but nobody does it. They just don't seem interested in fixing their problems, just adding more & more customers exacerbating the problem. Morale was nonexistent, pay raises were an insult or nonexistent. CEO seemed like a good guy, I'm not sure if he's aware of the situation on the ground
