Pros
Good pay, interesting job, and there's always something to do. The cars are nice to drive, and most of the customers are relatively laid back. Most of them.
Cons
The company is constantly changing directions. As changes are made in upper management, policies are changed. As months pass, the company continues to get stricter about irrelevant policies and has cut hours from the employees, when they could easily make and save money in other ways (like properly collecting tolls from the tollways customers pass through.) The few customers that are a pain are a TREMENDOUS pain. Rude, unsatisfiable, expect the world for a discount. But I mean, that's customer service.
