Get ready for a ride. First and foremost, the word "favoritism" comes into play often here. Company changes directions, with what feels like, no sense of direction. Constant hours being cut with no disregard of employees. Definitely no disregard for Work/Life balance. Treats employee's as expendable. Silvercar's company Mantra is dead. Worst of all, the current Stack of software that we use to be efficient, are very buggy and most of the time do not work, which results in Customers being pissed off = lower employees getting yelled for the higher-ups mistakes. Current technology reeks of half baked work. High Turnover rate.

The company is constantly changing directions. As changes are made in upper management, policies are changed. As months pass, the company continues to get stricter about irrelevant policies and has cut hours from the employees, when they could easily make and save money in other ways (like properly collecting tolls from the tollways customers pass through.) The few customers that are a pain are a TREMENDOUS pain. Rude, unsatisfiable, expect the world for a discount. But I mean, that's customer service.
