Where to start
CEO was somewhere between being overbearing and being a dictator.
Senior leadership below her had a startling lack of transparency to those underneath them. Many decisions are thrust upon the company with little to no justification of warning.
UK office, and frankly that whole side of the business, has a poor feel to it. At best its ignored, at worst doomed. If you're outside of Belgium you're an afterthought.
While many great people work there, the opposite can also be said. Some awful people in important/prominent roles (beyond just the CEO). These people can make the role very unpleasant but nothing is done due to connections they have.
Big hire then fire culture, high turnover, probations are extended and then removed without consequence. Many important people leave only to be rehired or brought in as consultants and freelancers for much more pay.
Honestly, working here COULD be great. It wouldn't even take a lot of effort. That effort would just require a little less ego from some people
