Pros
Since the company's structure is very small, there's a lot of proximity between the employees and the CEO. Good opportunity to learn something if you are close with management.
Cons
Weak compensation structure. Employees are dependent on external factors such as the current number of active projects or clients, which affects you ability to work and make a living. The CEO is always on and demands that his team do the same, but doesn't pay any attention to the employees needs. On top of everything, the business structure is shady and sometimes outright fake. Most of these reviews are surely posted by James, the CEO. There are no international offices, only Portugal.
