Entrepreneurial culture, High level of responsibility and fast progression for high achievers, Great focus on personal development, one-to-one training with ex-investment banking founder, Great atmosphere, young and dynamic company with sociable employees, lots of fun at Friday beers! Fantastic office at Buckingham palace road.

Cons

Intense role, not suited to people who don't relish a results driven environment.

I've had the privilege of working with a group of dynamic and smart colleagues who care about the work we do on a daily basis. I've also seen a positive transition with new leaders coming on board who are introducing new ideas and more efficient practices.

Cons

As a result of working hard and getting pulled into new opportunities, it can sometimes be difficult to find work/life balance.
