McDonald's managers make 21$ per hour. As a lead Phlebotomist w 10 years healthcare experience you'll be making 17$ (lowest is 16 highest is 18) insultingly low No benefits no office no business cards no fuel reimbursement. Driving an hour to cover a shift then expected to drive another hour back to another place in another state. If workers call off you the MANAGER is expected to float there I'm not sure if I was a lead or a float at this point i "managed" for like a day the rest was covering shifts all day for call offs ALOT of rehab clinics.
